To mark the launch of the Derwent Valley Heritage Way the Ramblers Association and Derbyshire County Council Countryside Service invite you to join them on a number of guided walks along Derbyshire's latest long distance walk.
Saturday 5 April 2003 10am - 4 pm
Celebrate the opening of the Heritage Way route by joining a Countryside Service ranger and walk the final 6.5 miles from Derby bus depot to Shardlow . Please bring a packed lunch.

Meet Rowsley Old Station car park (grid ref. SK2575-6595). It's a morning only walk so please bring a drink for a short stop. It will be 5-6 miles in length. Meet at the District Council car park in Hathersage (grid ref SK2315-8140) near the swimming pool. It's a six to six and a half miles walk - morning only. Please bring a drink for a short stop.
